Ministerial
Staff
9For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily
form,
10and you
have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power
and authority.
Colossians 2:9-10 (NIV)

1 Peter 5:2-5 (KJV)
2Feed
the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by
constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
3Neither
as being lords over
God's heritage, but
being examples to the
flock.
4And
when the chief Shepherd
shall appear, ye shall
receive a crown of glory
that fadeth not away.
5Likewise,
ye younger, submit
yourselves unto the
elder. Yea, all of you
be subject one to
another, and be clothed
with humility: for God
resisteth the proud, and
giveth grace to the
humble.
The Father provides the Holy Spirit to coach every believer into a
faithful, productive minister of the Gospel.
There is no difference
between paid and unpaid
church members in terms
of their calling to
serve the Lord in some
capacity. Every follower
of Christ is called to
be a full-time minister.
"Every Believer Has A
Purpose And A Calling"
For we are God's
workmanship, created in
Christ Jesus to do good
works, which God
prepared in advance for
us to do.
Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)
But not every person was created by God to do the exact same work. Just as God created
nature with an incredible variety of species, environments and colors, God
created each person as unique, for a specific purpose.
